When and how often to use the sauna
You can go to the sauna all year round. Even taking a sauna in the summer has its positives - you will get used to the heat and sweating outside more easily, and you will be able to better handle the transitions to air-conditioned spaces and vice versa.
To fully experience the positive effects of sauna on your health, you should take a sauna at least once a week. We recommend 3 times a week as an optimum, because when you take a sauna, salt and minerals evaporate from your body, sauna strengthens your heart and stimulates your body's immune system.
One sauna session includes 3-4 cycles of up to 15 minutes each, where you warm up in the cabin and then cool down in the shower or pool.

Sauna with children
Children's sauna is intended for a maximum of 2 children aged 6 months to 10 years and their adult companion. Primarily, communication regarding children's sauna takes place on the FB group "Children's sauna Adventyn". Each companion is responsible for their children.
WHEN and WHERE? Every Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM in our saunas
HOW MUCH? 385 CZK per adult, children free. The price includes a towel and bed sheet for adults, for children you need to bring diapers for the water, if necessary.
The women's sauna is intended for women only. Come and enjoy two hours of relaxation, where you can leave your worries behind and have some time just for yourself, or bring a friend or mother with you and enjoy the peace and relaxation together in our cozy environment.
